II-LARGE INTESTINE MERIDIAN OF HAND YANGMING
I/ Đường vận hành– Passage
Kinh lạc bắt đầu từ góc móng tay trỏ (huyệt Thương dương) dọc theo mép ngón tay, chạy qua giữa ngón cái và ngón trỏ, qua cơ duỗi cổ tay dài và ngắn, qua bờ ngoài cẳng tay đến nếp gấp bờ ngoài khuỷu tay (huyệt Khúc trì), tiếp đến men theo mé trước ngoài cánh tay đến điểm cao nhất trên vai (huyệt Kiên ngung) đi ra bờ sau vai, đi lên đốt sống cổ 7(huyệt Đại chùy) để hội hợp với các đường kinh, kinh lạc tiếp tục chạy qua hõm xương đòn (huyệt Khuyết Bồn) vào bên trong để liên kết với phế sau đó đi qua cơ hoành đến đại tràng và các cơ quan liên quan. Lại có một nhánh mạch từ huyệt Khuyết bồn lên cổ qua vùng má đi sâu vào hàm răng dưới sau đó quay ra đi vòng ở môi trên. Kinh lạc đổi hướng tại đây, giao nhau với kinh lạc đối diện tại huyệt Nhân trung.Tại nơi giao nhau, kinh lạc vận hành từ hướng trái chuyển sang phải, từ phải vận hành chuyển sang trái, cuối cùng đến cánh mũi dừng ở huyệt Nghinh hương.
The Meridian begins from LI1 acupoint, which is located in radial side of the index finger, running upward along the index finger and passing through the interspace of the 1st and the 2nd metacarpal bones, it enters into the depression between the tendons of m. extensor pollicies longus and brevis, running along the anterior aspect of the forearm, it reaches LI11 acupoint in the lateral aspect of the elbow. From there, it ascends along the lateral anterior aspect of the upper arm, to the highest point LI15 of the shoulder, then descends supraclavicular fossa, passes through the neck to cheek.
The meridian turn back to the upper lip and crosses the opposite meridian at GV26 acupoint. From there, the left meridian goes to the right and right meridian to the left, to the LI20 acupoint in the contralateral aspects of the nose.
There is an unseen inner maridian on the model, which goes from anterior border of the acromion to GV14 acupoint in 7th cervical vertebra behind, it goes to S12 acupoint in supraclavicular fossa, then it passes through lung, diaphragm, to pertaining organ, large intestine. From there, there is an inner conection with S37 acupoint. There is a branch, it passes through the cheek and enters the lower gums.
II/ Các huyệt– Acupoints
1. Thương dương: Cách góc ngoài chân móng tay ngón trỏ khoảng 0,1 thốn.
LI1: Shangyang (The Jing-Well acupoint, the Metal acupoint)
Location: On the radial aspect of the index finger, about 0.1 cun posterior to the cornner of the finger nail.
2. Nhị gian: Ở chỗ lõm phía trước và ngoài khớp xương bàn tay và ngón trỏ, nắm tay để lấy huyệt.
LI2:Erjian
Purge acupoint, Ying-spring acupoint, Water acupoint
Location: Slight making a fist, anterior to the 2nd metacarpo-phalangeal joint, in the depression of the radial aspect of the index finger.
3. Tam gian:Ở chỗ lõm phía sau và ngoài khớp xương bàn tay và ngón trỏ,nắm tay để lấy huyệt.
LI3: Sanjian
Purge acupoint, Ying-spring acupoint, Water acupoint
Location: Slight making a fist, posterior to the 2nd metacarpo-phalangeal joint, in the depression of the radial aspect of the index finger.
4. Hợp cốc:
a) Bờ ngoài giữa xương bàn ngón 2
b) Khi ấn ngón cái lên ngón trỏ, huyệt ở điểm cao nhất của cơ
c) Khi ngón cái và ngón trỏ xòe rộng thành hình chữ “L”, huyệt ở giữa xương bàn ngón 1 và 2, gần với xương bàn thứ 2
LI4: Hegu (Yuan acupoint)
Location:
a) Middle of the 2nd metacarpal bone on the radial side.
b) When man press the thumb on the index finger, the highest point of the muscle.
c) Spread thumb and index finger as “L”, between the 1 stand 2nd metacarpal bone, near 2nd metacarpal bone.
5. Dương khê:Chỗ lõm bờ ngoài lằn sau cổ tay,khi cong ngón tay cái lên,huyệt nằm tại điểm lõm giữa cơ duỗi dài và ngắn ngón cái.
LI5: Yangxi the jing-river acupoint, the fire acupoint
Location: At the dorsal trasverse crease of the wrist, the thumb upward, in the depression between the tendons of the short extensor muscle and long extensor muscle.
6. Thiên lịch:Nằm trên đường nối giữa huyệt Khúc trì và Dương khê, trên lằn chỉ sau cổ tay 3 thốn.
LI6: Piali (Luo acupoint)
Location:
a) On the jointing LI5 and LI11, 3 cun above back transverse crease of the wrist.
b) Under the tip of the finger, when the left and the right hukou of both hands are intercrossed and the index finger are pressed on radius of another hand
7. Ôn lưu:Nằm trên đường nối giữa huyệt Dương khê và Khúc trì,trên lằn chỉ cổ tay 5 thốn.
LI7: Wenliu( Xi acupoint)
Location: On the line jiointing LI5 and LI11, 5 cun above transverse crease of the wrist.
8. Hạ liêm:Nằm trên đường nối giữa huyệt Dương Khê và Khúc trì,dưới Khúc trì 4 thốn.
LI8: Xialian
Location: On the line jiointing LI5 and LI11, 4 cun below LI11.
9. Thượng liêm: Nằm trên đường nối giữa huyệt Dương Khê và Khúc trì,dưới Khúc trì 3 thốn.
LI9: Shanglian
Location: On the line jointing LI5 and LI11, 3 cun below LI11.
10. Thủ tam lý: Nằm trên đường nối giữa huyệt Dương Khê và Khúc trì, dưới Khúc trì 2 thốn.
LI10: Shaosanli
Location: On the line jointing LI5 and LI11, 2 cun below LI11.
11. Khúc trì: Co khuỷu tay, huyệt ở trên đầu lằn chỉ nếp gấp khuỷu nơi hõm vào.
LI11: Quchi
Reinforce acpoint, the He-Sea, the earth acupoint
Location: in the depression of the radial end of the cubital crease when Elbow is flexed.
12. Trửu liêu:Co khuỷu tay,từ huyệt Khúc trì đo xiên lên 1 thốn,huyệt nằm ở bờ ngoài đầu xương cánh tay.
LI12: Zhouliao
Location: 1 cun oblique later to LI11, beside the brachioradial muscle.
13. Thủ ngũ lý: Huyệt Khúc trì lên 3 thốn, ở bờ ngoài cơ nhị đầu, trên đường nối giữa huyệt Khúc trì và huyệt Kiên ngung.
LI13: Shouwuli
Location: 3 cun above LI11, later aspect of bicept of arm, on the line jointing LI15 and LI11
14. Tý nhu: Ở đầu cuối cơ tam giác cánh tay, cách Khúc trì lên 7 thốn.
LI14: Bianao
Location: On the stretch part of deltoid, 7 cun above LI11, on the line jointing LI15 and LI11.
15. Kiên ngung: Phía trước ngoài mỏm cùng vai, huyệt ở điểm lõm khi dang tay lên.
LI15: Jianyu
Location: At the anterior-inferior part of the acromion, where a depression is formed when the arm is raised. Lateral of acromio-clavicular joint.
16. Cự cốt: Chỗ lõm giữa xương đòn và gai sống vai.
LI16: Jugu
Location: At the depression between acromion-clavicle end and spine of the scapula.
17. Thiên đỉnh: Ở giữa đầu xương đòn và huyệt Phù đột, bờ sau cơ ức đòn chũm.
LI17 :Tianding
Location: Between LI18 and sternal and of clavicle, at the posterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
18. Phù đột: Yết hầu ngang ra 3 thốn, nằm giữa hai đầu của cơ ức đòn chũm.
LI18: Futu
Location: 3 cun lateral to the laryngeal prominence. Between two heads of sternocleidomastoid muscle.
19. Hòa liêu: Cách huyệt Nhân trung ngang ra 0,5 thốn, phía dưới ngoài lỗ mũi.
LI19: Heliao
Location: 0.5 cun lateral to GV26, below the lateral margin of the naris.
20.Nghinh hương: Trung điểm ngoài cánh mũi ngang ra 0,5 thốn, trong rãnh mũi mồm.
LI20:Yingxiang
Location: 0.5 cun lateral to midpoint of the nasal ala, in the nasolabial sulcus
